Our team
Roca Talent Solutions is led by Michael Rogers and utilizes his network of coaches and consultants as necessary. Michael Rogers is a highly experienced HR leader with over 20 years of proven track record in helping improve the performance of individuals and organizations. Michael has performed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer for both public and private companies and has partnered with the Board of Directors at leading firms including KKR, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone and Cannae Holdings/Foley Trasimene. Michael also led all HR workstreams of the Alight Solutions (ALIT) IPO in 2021.
Michael has worked with CEOs and management teams to improve leadership and team effectiveness at companies ranging from $1M in revenue up to $10BN and companies with 10 employees up to 50,000 employees.
With a passion for improving the effectiveness of leaders, teams and companies, Michael is a certified co-active coach and holds certifications in both Hogan Assessments and DISC Profile assessments.
Our history
Launched in 2019, Roca Talent Solutions have provided leadership coaching and consulting services to companies including Total Energies, Euroclear, Stormagic, Ticketer and OnHand
Our methodology
Certifications include Hogan Assessments, DISC Profile Assessments, Co-Active coaching as well as drawing extensively on the theories and models of Patrick Lencioni.
